Where is Croyde Located?

Croyde is a village on the west-facing coastline of North Devon, The village is situated on the South West Coast Path near to Baggy Point. Croyde has a stream which runs through the village which leads to the beach.

Getting there
 
By road:

M5 to junction 27 (Barnstaple & Tiverton turnoff)
A361 to Barnstaple then bypass Barnstaple:
A39 towards Bideford and Bude
At 2nd roundabout, 2nd exit (right) A361 Infracombe
Over roundabout and bridge
Left onto A361 towards Ilfracombe and Braunton
At Braunton, left at lights on B3231 towards Croyde and Georgeham
After 4 miles you will reach Croyde.


By rail:

Change at Exeter St Davids
Take the Tarka Line from Exeter St Davids to Barnstaple (70 mins)

It is 10 miles from Barnstaple Station to Croyde.
There is a taxi rank at the station and buses run regularly from Barnstaple town centre to Croyde.
