The Railway was built to transport passengers and freight between the "sister" villages, first opening in 1890 with a cable pulley and water system operating the railway. The Railway is still in use today and tourists can purchase single and return tickets. For those who are up for the challenge buy a single ticket and take the walk back down, you wont regret it as the views are just stunning.

Once you reach the bottom and you have worked up an appetite you must try the Fish & Chips on the front along from the Railway.
